Lake Associations

Put your lake association on the map!

One of the most important voices for lake protection are the residents living near or recreating on lakes. By working together, lake groups across the state can better manage their lakes as well as advocate for lakes. To help improve communication and coordination among lake groups across the state of Washington and our neighbors in Idaho, WALPA has created a new web mapping tool that will help lake associations:

  • Connect with other lakes working on similar problems
  • Help residents new to your area find your organization
  • Learn about lake-related funding opportunities
  • Have a voice at the state level on lake-related issues and laws

Find your  lake association!

Lake Association Map

To include your association on the new mapping tool just complete a short survey*. Only the information you choose to share will be included on the web map.

Lake Association Survey

*If you have previously been involved with WALPA, your lake may already have some contact information entered into the web map. If it is incorrect, please complete the survey. If you would like your information removed please send us an email.

To update your association information, please email info@walpa.org or simply take a new survey.
