WALPA is a volunteer-led non-profit organization. All board members serve without compensation, and no funds are used for salaries or personal benefit. 

Membership fees, donations, sponsorships, and event revenue are directed toward funding student scholarships, delivering our annual conference, and covering essential operational and compliance costs. 

We are committed to responsible financial stewardship, transparent reporting, and ensuring that every dollar supports our mission and community.
