Early Career Panel

​​The Early Career Panel is a free online event held each Spring for students, recent graduates, early-career professionals, or anyone interested in learning about career pathways in aquatic science and environmental conservation.

This year's event was held on April 3rd, 2026 and brought together early-career professionals representing environmental consulting, nonprofit organizations, Tribal Nations, and federal and state government. Panelists shared insights into their career paths and advice for those interested in the field.
