WALPA is proud to coordinate a mentorship program. By pairing mentors and mentees based on their areas of expertise, interests, and goals, we hope to foster meaningful connections, provide opportunities, and promote growth within our field. Mentees receive valuable professional advice and networking advancement through the WALPA mentorship program. While most mentees are students or early career professionals, we invite anyone interested in this opportunity for growth to contact us.

Mentors are expected to provide career and professional advice, encourage the growth of their mentee's network, and connect mentee with opportunities. Mentors also gain valuable skills in mentorship and are able to give back by providing a helping hand to mentees.
