The WALPA Board is looking for your help to identify candidates for the Secchi Disk Award. Each year, WALPA uses the award to recognize an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the science, management, or protection of lakes in Washington or Idaho. We are sure you know someone who fits the bill!
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Recipients of the Secchi Disk Award must be current with their WALPA membership. Current WALPA Board members are not eligible to receive the Secchi Disk Award.
HOW DO I NOMINATE SOMEONE?
To submit a nomination, please provide:
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
Full name of the nominee, present position, organization or affiliation, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
A description of the nominee’s work and accomplishments.
