Eli Mackiewicz

Eli has worked for the last 18 years as a technical expert assisting Lake Whatcom watershed residents on projects that improve water quality, solve drainage issues, and restore the natural nutrient balance on developed land. Eli leads the City of Bellingham's phosphorus reduction strategy for public stormwater system improvements and is the Chair of the Washington State 6PPD-Q subgroup and the state-wide Stormwater Municipal Caucus. He has an undergraduate degree in Wildlife Biology from Ohio University and a Master of Science in Environmental Science and Policymaking from Johns Hopkins University.
