Mark your calendars now for October 16-18, 2013! That’s the date set for the annual conference of the Washington State Lake Protection Association (WALPA) and the Oregon Lakes Association (OLA), whose theme, appropriately, is Collaborative Lake Management.
The tentative schedule for the conference, which will be held at the Hilton in Vancouver, Washington, includes pre-conference workshops on Wednesday, October 16, with technical and poster sessions slated for October 17 and 18.
